Very helpful staff, enjoyed my stay, great bed.the staff were lovely - friendly and interesting, the balcony was great, individual room aircon, and the fridge in the room as great help. all reviews » Cleanliness. Hospitality. the warm welcome that I received. I was only in Olbia for one night so I can't provide more detailed comments about overall experience. Great location for proximity to Olbia airport and very helpful reception staff - she suggested a lovely restaurant, which we needed a we were only at the hotel for a night's stop over. Very good value for money. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms large and bathroom very clean, endless hot water. Good position. Hot water and good breakfast. Ideal for getting the bus to the airport. It was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Friendlysaff. Very quiet during the day so relaxing to chill by the pool, noscreaming kids. cute, quite place. Room size. location. Friendly/helpful staff. Basic facilities but clean - a place to use for transit rather than a prolonged stay. Provided a cot and sheets as asked at very reasonable cost. Noticed ramps and lifts, so assume well able to cater for wheelchair users. Size of room for 4 people was very good. Air con worked well along with good fast shower. There was a supermarket nearby and also it was quite easy to get to the beach by bus since the bus station was quite near.We were allowed to check in early. little bit too far from centre. no - I'd go back!. Location. the shower area was tiny and in need of a little attention. no, just that the underground car park was very dusty!. Mat in front of lift, got caught in suitcase wheels. Could have done with 2 chairs on balcony. Other than that we were very pleased with hotel. We ended up in a room which smelled of smoke. Not sure if I asked for non smoking room or not!. Girl on reception was quite slow. I asked her to make reservation for my friends who should come 5 days later. They got just "we don't know about any reservation at all". Locks are nearly broken. The location (30 minutes by foot from the center). The staff could not tell some basic information. We asked for example where do the buss station locate and if it is possible to check when does the busses depart. The staff did not know where the buss station was (althouhg the town was small) and they could not tell when the busses or trains leaves. And they did not tell us that there was a strike (busses and trains, which lasted two days). Because the floors are tiled, there was a lot of noise from the peoplein the room above, walking across the room in the middle of the night.noisey between rooms. ie toilet flushing etc. The breakfast could do with being a little more varied with such limited choice. TV and the hair dryer was broken. Also it was quite difficult to communicate in English.. Staff had poor local knowledge, breakfast poor. It was not in the city centre as stated in the guide, but in a suburb. Not the best location. Many broken things in the room. No furniture on the balcony.
