The owner, Roberto, went out of his way to be accommodating. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his hotel, which just opened in January. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great care taken to both preserve and utilize the uniqueness of the site in the design. Good location in the Sassi area, lovely rooms with modern design that meets old architecture, friendly and warm service. Probably one of the most atmospheric hotels where I have stayed, highly recommended for a romantic break!.
