We stayed at this hotel for my sister in laws wedding at the castle and we were travelling with a baby. The hotel was the perfect location, being only a 10 minute walk to the shops and the castle. The staff were very accommodating for us and our baby and were very friendly. The view from our balcony was breath taking and we loved waking up to the view of the lake everyday. We saw a few other hotels in Malcesine, where other family members were staying (a lot were more expensive and higher ratin.
all reviews » The location is good. In just a few minutes walk you reach the center of Malcesine, the Monte Baldo cable car or the shore of lake Garda. The surroundings are spectacular, lake Garda surrounded by montains. You can easily make excursions by foot, bike or car. The hotel was nice and clean, had a friendly staff, served a good breakfast. There is an outdoor pool and a small indoor gym, spa and sauna section. Hotel ideal location as just a short walk to centre with great underground parking. Staff very helpful and accommodating - letting us move to a lake view room for our last day . Breakfast good with usual continental choice which is enough. We will be back :-). We stayed for 1 night. Prior to settlement, we read the reviews about the terrible staff were afraid of it. But at the meeting we met a very nice, spent up to the room. From the room with a panoramic view was beautiful view. Centre is a 5-minute walk away. great pool with a great room it is better to stay in one of the lake view rooms as there are not as good ones in the other building. Good service and breakfast is nice , we want to go back for longer as the views were amazing with a comfortable bed.
