The distinctive location on the waterfront and near the business district, as well as the fine furnishings and friendly staff. The position and outlook was more special than we could have imagined.Location( right in town), balcony and room overlooked the bay, spacious bathroom, fabulous breakfasts, helpful English speaking staff, quiet, bus stop (to La Spezia) only metres away.

The air conditioned restaurant has a beautiful view of Lerici's enchanting bay and can host up to 180 people. Fully renovated in 2006, the restaurant offers both local international and local dishes, with seafood specialities.

Information about the area

When you are in Lerici, you can discover the beauty of the castle, an example of military architecture which dominates the town. The crystal clear waters of Lerici are popular during the warm season.

The popular Cinque Terre boat tour begins just 100 metres from the hotel. With this you will see Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso.

You can visit also Portovenere, an attractive town located on the extreme western side of the so-called Poet’s Gulf, across from Lerici.

You might also want to visit the Amedeo Lia museum in nearby La Spezia, where you can admire around 2000 works of art from famous artists including Tintoretto, Tiziano and Raffaello.

Also in La Spezia it is possible to admire the Ubaldo Formentini museum, displaying sacred stones called Stele Lunigianesi amongst its Medieval collection.

At nearby Luni, you can visit the Roman theatre and the National Museum. This is an important archaeological area, covering the remains of the ancient Roman city.

Travelling information

By Car:
From the A12 motorway (Genova to Roma):
- Take the exit at Sarzana.
- Follow the signs to Lerici (around 7 km away).

From the A15 motorway (Parma to La Spezia):
- Take the exit at La Spezia.
- Follow the signs to Lerici (around 9 km away).

Once you arrive in Lerici, please be aware that you cannot enter the centre by car during the summer months. Instead, leave your car at the public car park before outside the village. From there there is a bus shuttle service running during the day. This runs to the centre of Lerici, where the hotel is situated.

By Rail:
If travelling on the Genova to Roma service, get off at La Spezia Centrale railway station (you could also get the Parma to La Spezia service). From there you can get a taxi or a bus to Lerici. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
