The staff in the hotel were exceptional throughout, friendly and smiling. The bedroom was extremely well designed and the bed very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a choice of cooked and cold items with a great choice. In addition it offered great value for money. As a mature well travelled couple we have never seen such a clean hotel it was spotless. I would recommend this hotel.
all reviews » The hotel is built in accordance with new technologies and equipment in the rooms is extremely modern (a kind of smart home). The breakfasts are just great with varities and are not like Italian modest breakfasts. We travelled by car and the location of the hotel did not matter for us. But I think it would take some 15 min walk to the city centre. Very warm welcome by charming and helpful reception staff. Great room and facilities, generous breakfast buffet, excellent value for money. Hotel is located just on city limits so best for guests with own car, but only a pleasant 15 minutes walk into the old town centre. Lecce is a must-see for visitors to this part of Italy. Very modern bright hotel.very comfortable beds,good size room.very pleasant helpful staff,needed airline tickets printed,they did so with no fuss.Breakfast good but can get a bit crowded if you leave it late,as we did.10 min walk into centre of town,on ringroad so well placed, a very pleasant stay. We stayed at the family room. Having a separate room divided by a curtain for the kids was nice setting for us. I recommend this hotel for those who travel with small children. It is a nice hotel. A must should you want a city break and then relax away from busy Lecce. But only 5 mins into Lecce. Nothing. Nothing. The charge for the shuttle to go the city is a little high; especially if you have several people in your family, it adds up. nothing. It is a long walk from the city center (ok if you have a car) Nearby surroundings are of no interest. Instructions for high tech gadgets not in English so not easy to use. A pool would be great. location a bit out of center, but on the other hand free parking. In the city parking costs 1.30 per hour. Breakfast should have more local food products, both savoury and sweet: the only local food offered (pasticciotti) are not as good as any other found in Lecce!. Offered a selection of pillows ("pillow menu") which was left on bed at turn-down, but as we did not get back to hotel from dinner until 23:04, and service stopped at 23:00, we were not able to get the feather pillows requested. Housekeeping closes at 11 pm (23:00), and front desk did not have any other pillows. Seems a tad odd to offer a pillow selection in evening with such limited ability to actually deliver on requests... Nothing, except the location. For us it was ok, 20 min walk to the city. Not in the very city center but not far. It was a long walk to the centre of the beautiful old city. Nothing. The bed sheets were not cleaned very well.
