Our place to stay before heading to the 5 terres. Very nice and warm welcome, even though we arrived later than expected! We got all the information needed e.g. city, food, parking, travelling to the 5 terres + free parking...even shopping! The room was recently renovated, spacious with a big bathroom, everything very clean! And more than enough towels :)! The pictures didn't lie!!! all reviews » Awsome! This guest house was very nice, the room and the bathroom are beautiful and very clean. The view is nice, you see a garden with beautiful flowers. The guest house is located just near the center and the port. Perfect location. We were perfectly welcomed even if we arrived after the check in hours. (2 to 4 pm). We were welcomed warmly by our host who proceeded to provide us with the best information we could ever have hoped for about our trip to Cinque Terre and surrounding area. His advice was invaluable! It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable than it would otherwise have been. Very well located - easy walking distance from railway, very close to port and city centre. Made to feel very welcome and given good local advice. The room was well appointed, nice clean bathroom and good bed with tasteful decor. Definitely I'd go back there. Despite being in the town centre, the entrance is small with even smaller signage - hard to find. not able to book in till 2-00pm on the dot. But the manager did try and contact us to notify. We have no global roaming. Dogs are allowed in rooms. Stairs dimly lit and entry in to building could do with a clean. Very noisy with traffic in the morning. The apartment needs a bigger sign. Was no bigger than this text. The cafe across the road is a great reference point. Parking the car nearby can be tricky... There was a blackout in the hotel around 11pm and the owner was nowhere to be found. No answering to calls or messages. Just left us all to the residence searching for a solution. We finally had to spend the night without power. There were young couples with babies there all frustrated...Totally unprofessional behavior.
