Choices of pools and it was not packed out. Just right. Wonderful relaxing and chillout. I had the whole place to myself all day when other guests went off day tripping.

I emailed 4 x both English and Italian to get some Questions answered and I never got one response back - not even the one via Facebook - I don't think they are able to use emails etc. If you to contact them do by phone. If you are deaf like me, trouble.

Staff was very helpful and polite. There are 2 swimming pools in this hotel, one of them with thermal water.

Rooms are quite small, but clean and air conditioned

A nice hotel which has everything you need for a good time at Ischia. Staff is very friendly, the rooms are ok, only the breakfast coffee is not the greatest... ;)

The location was excellent-in Lacco Ameno so close to the beach and restaurants and also in easy walking distance of Negombo. The hotel has its own heated swimming pools and one is inside so even if the weather isn't great you can still relax. It was a very beautiful, relaxing place and very good value for money.

The rooms seemed a bit old and worn, but clean and decent so actually I wouldn't say I didn't like them.

Perfect in every weather because having pools and location close to beach and Lacco Ameno high street.
