Excellent staff. Large, modern, well-maintained, meticulously clean rooms. Fantastic views. Guests are made very comfortable. Very quiet, probably due to the quality of construction materials, especially, doors and windows .The staff is multi-lingual, gracious, professional and available. The breakfasts are delicious and served in pleasant settings, indoors and out. Fresh pastries, juices, coffee choices, cheese, granola, sliced ham and salami. Omelets are individually prepared upon req.

We stayed in room 7 which has stunning views from 4 windows in the main bedroom and another window from the bathroom. clean simple and stylish modern decor and great soundproof windows if you want complete quiet. Breakfast on the small terrace overlooking the little street, perfect start to the morning. Great breakfast food and good coffee. Staff were all smiles very friendly and gave excellent service at all times, everything was easy...a rarity. The hotel was extremely centrally located in the main square overlooking the lake. The building was historical but the rooms were modern and stylishly decorated. The bedroom was minimalist but comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The view from our balcony was delightful. Even although we were on the main square we were not bothered by any noise. The breakfast was continental and served until 10.30. We were give a pass for free parking in a car park in the town which was brilliant. A real de. This small hotel is fairly new and is located in the small town called Garda (like the lake). Garda has few narrow passageway with shopes and resturants that is nice to walk in. But the biggest plus of this place is that he is perfect to day trips. We went one day up north (45 min drive in August rash), one day to Venice (1:30 min drive)... The Hotel rooms was big and clean. The staff was nice. Great restaurant selling fresh seafood, and with a 10% discount for those staying at the hotel. Amazing modern bathroom with huge shower. Air con in the room was much appreciated! Great location right by the ede of the lake with many restaurants just meters away. Right in the heart of things. They were flexible with our request for a late checkout. The hotel building is old but has had a contemporary makeover and the interior is very cool and crisp. Rooms are nice and location is right on the waterfront with a great selection of bars and restaurants. Alberto is super helpful (he even parked our car at the car park up the road for us so we didn't have to walk back). The room was spacious. The breakfast spread and service were excellent including omelets to order. Located right on the lake in the heart of the restaurants and shopping. Parking was free, but the hotel lot is 1000 meters away. There are yellow striped unloading spaces 150 meters from the hotel on the main corso. Alberto and his staff were brilliant helpful,friendly and very professional, The décor was lovley and the room and bathroom were beautifully decorated with a great view of the lake, Breakfast was plentiful and the food in the restaurant with delicious and well worth the money we paid for our holiday. Just returned and we had a fab time at the remat. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Great breakfast including fresh cooked items . The room was fantastic!. everything. Everything. Make sure the doors and windows are operating in conjunction with the temperature controls of the room upon arrival. The admirable, energy efficient system will not operate if there is some defect in the window or balcony door. The staff immediately offered to move us to another room, but we declined, since we were staying for just another night. The air-conditioning system is important during times of the evening when guests are smoking and restaurants are serving in Piazza Catullo, below. Leaving !. We didn't get our promised 10% off our food bill after eating in the restaurant but the food was delicious so we were happy enough to pay full price. We stayed in Room 9 and although we ordered a room with lake view we got a small window that you could only see part of the lake from it. If you looking for a balcony to sit in and enjoy the lake view don't book this hotel. In addition, our room was in the attic and the electric curtains system didn't work so we woke up ealry every morning. If you like to wake up late don't take room 9... The shower is big and nice but don't have curtain so the water go out and you have to wipe it afterwards. Nothing. Breakfast is just average. Car park is 500kms away but as this is a waterfront hotel it is on a pedestrianised area so all waterfront hotels are the same. There is no elevator from the ground floor. It only runs from the second floor to the third floor. Not recommended for people not in good condition. Cannot think of anything that we did not like. Could do with a shelf in the shower. Parking is a little way away from the hotel so you need to drop your luggage before parking. Was a bit difficult trying to catch anyone to ask for information as the reception desk wasn't manned. It would be helpful to include information on the best way to park to unload and load luggage, eg use the yellow marked temporary parking area 100m north of the hotel, on the lakeside, near the pay parking area. Nothing. Expensive for what you got. No general area for sitting outside. Parking at 600m. Nothing.
