Good location, very near the lake and historic part of Desenzano. Interesting building, nice room. Being there in winter, I was the only guest, but the hosts were accomodating. During breakfast Alessandro told me about the interesting things placed around their kitchen (artifacts, etc) from the area, which was great. They speak very little English, and I speak very little Italian, but they certainly did their best to work with me.
