Actually San Carlo residence even exceeded our expectations. First of all because of problems with car rental in the airport we came late in the night and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that staff of the residence had left the keys to our apt. by the office door for our family. Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment - great value. Also beautiful view of the lake and the area from the balcony. The apartments are nice and well equipped. The complex is quiet, suitable for families with young children. The supermarket is very near and there's also a great pizzeria nearby, very reasonable prices. Garda town is beautiful and only 5 mins away.

The beds in the apartment aren't great, and when it's really hot, getting asleep with no air-con is a bit of a problem.
No wifi.
Hotel stuff was absolutely absent from the facility. Hotel management is located in an another hotel (10 minutes walk) making it harder to ask for help, advice etc.

There is an additional damage deposit fee of EUR 80.This deposit will be refunded on departure if the apartment is left in the same, clean condition found on arrival. A security deposit of EUR 80 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
