The building dates back to 1600 and has been open since 1880. After 120 years ownership of the Zunica family, the hotel has been handed down from generation to generation. This has conserved the traditional aspect of the hotel. Today, it is Daniele Zunica who manages the hotel.

-Visit the Bourbon Fortress (0 km) which was built during the Spanish domination between 1564 and 1576.

By Car:

Val Vibrata and Teramo-Mosciano Sant’Angelo are the two recommended exits if you are traveling on the A14 (Bologna-Bari) motorway, along the adriatic ridge.

From the Val Vibrata exit
-travel towards Nereto and Sant’Egidio alla Vibrata and then follow the signs to Civitella.

From Teramo-Mosciano exit
- reach Teramo and from there travel, along the SS81, highway towards Ascoli Piceno, for 18 kms.
