Very friendly and hospital staff, speaks English. Only 700 m from train station and bus stop to/from airport. The hotel is located in flat, if you want to come in at the first time press button with a name of hotel on the gate. Nice view to Citta Alta from terrace. I'd lived in room "Anna", it was quiet because balcony goes to a yard. There is a kitchen in hotel. - The view from the terrace is wonderful - Located in the center - Everything is very clean - There is a nice kitchen you can use - The staff is very friendly and nice - Nice interior - The room roberta is extraordinary beautiful - The other rooms are nice too I defenitely recommend this b&b and we will surely come back again!.
all reviews » Basically a spacious multi room apartment turned into a guesthouse. Beautiful terraces, nicely and colourfully furnished. Very clean. Haven't seen much since I only slept there after a very late arrival, but it looks like a place worthy to stay longer. It's a big two-level flat on the upper floor of the block of flats. Quite nice to stay for a couple of nights. Great view and friendly staff. Breakfast (coffee and croissant) in the nearby cafe. But there is a shared kitchen and two bathrooms. The room is in a huge apartment! Toilets are very clean and bright and spacial. Very friendly and helpful staff. Near to the railway station and tram station. We could arrive after midnight and were warmly welcomed. Very friendly helpful man ! everything it was great!!. Good location: between old city and train station. excellent large living space, really good views 360 degree views across the lower town and up to the lower town, and good kitchen and bathrooms. Staff was nice (though not always available). There was a kitchen. Guests can have coffee and tea any time+ there were some cookies. Nice location in the new town but easy to walk to the station and the old town. Great terrace with views of the old town. Good location, quiet room. There is no plate with a name of hotel outside or I haven't noticed it. Cannot find anything negative!. A bit difficult to find. Everything is very simple, but there was nothing we didn't expected. Shared bathroom. Yoghurt we put in the shared fridge was eaten up by someone else, unfortunately. there was a mix-up relating to how much the room cost and the staff member who met me at the property spoke insufficient english to resolve the matter. Resolution of the matter with another staff member who arrived at the property later in the day did not eventuate. It's an apartment with several rooms in a residential building. The staff is not always there. The gates outside the building are always locked, so if you get there at a time when the staff is not there, you might have problems getting in the building. We didn't really meet the staff - a fellow guest let us into the building. We were however only in Bergamo for one night. We booked a twin and got a room for 4 instead. It was big but not cosy at all - in the room there was only 1 bedside table, 1 tiny round table and 1 chair. Mattresses are old and too soft though blankets and pillows are ok. There was a lot of dust on a TVset. Breakfast was poor - tea, coffee, rolls, cereals, milk.
