The manor house still has many of its original features such as stone walls and wood-beamed ceilings. Rooms here come with wood floors, a TV and minibar. Breakfast is sweet and savoury and includes a range of homemade produce. It is served out on the terrace in summer. Bramaluna's restaurant, open exclusively for guests, serves Piedmont specialities and caters for special dietary requirements. Parking is free at Bramaluna and you have excellent bus links into the centre of Asti, famous for its wine. The property is ideal for exploring the wine areas of Langhe, Monferrato and Roero.

What a delightful place - we had a huge room - large bathroom (although could have used a table or somewhere to set my makeup/toothbrush, etc. The owners are so accommodating, and friendly beyond expected! We arrived late (problem with the train from Paris) and they cooked a wonderful, gourmet, multi-course meal for us... Then, when I was asked what I like in the morning, I indicated that if they had a Coke, that would be the best - well, they didn't have one and offered juice.....but, at 8:0.
