Just came back fro a totally relaxing 24 hrs. in amazing Apricale. Stayed at Apricus Locanda which was EVEN better than I had hoped. From the stunning view from our lovely terrace, to the lovely decorated room, and to top it all,breakfast in front of an open fire!!! Jeanette, the owner, is very welcoming and obviously loves her Apricus Locanda and Apricale.
Allthough Apricale is traffic free, since Apricus is at the bottom of the village, one can park right in front of the building.

Great service, as soon as I made the booking, I got an e-mail from Jeanette, the owner, with instructions to get there and she waited outside on the street to show me the way in. The room was great for a one-night break, very quiet and nicely-decorated with a lovely balcony overlooking the valley, the bathroom was also freshly done-up. Breakfast was simple but did the job, with tasty and fresh ingredients, especially the bread. Jeanette was very interesting to chat to, visibly enjoys her work a.

The wi-fi signal didn't reach into my room - didn't really bother me as I was only staying for one night but would have been more of a pain during a longer stay. Also, the room lighting was a little dim so not idea to read. However, these are only very minor gripes.
