I like absolutely everything. Ideal cleaness. There is an impression that we are the first who used the bathroom. The hotel is newly built and the level of service is not 3 stars but firm 4 stars. There are magnificints views to the surrounding mountains and at the same time the hotel is located in the heart of historical center of Aosta worth to be explored. The room was small, but very well-equipped. The location was amazing - just around the corner from the shopping, restaurants and historical center. It was also a great base for both castle and mountain explorations. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was plentiful.
all reviews » i liked everything about hb hotel only downside is it can be a bit difficult to find, you have to enter the pedestrian zone to find it it's down a small alleyway it took 3 local policeman and a helpfull passer by to find it. i was on my motorbike. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room, nicely decorated. Very modern feel, so if you're looking for antiques, this is not the spot. Great location in the middle of Aosta, and a beautiful view out the back of the building to the mountains. Modern room with a lovely view over the mountain. Walking distance to the old city with many restaurants/shops etc Friendly staff. Breakfast - buffet style and more than adequate Secure free parking. We ended up parking and walking to it and then getting directions for driving. Most of the roads nearby are one-way and it wasn't clear that we could drive in the pedestrian area (which is required). We had a parking spot every night, but only saw six in front of the hotel. good hotel when you find it!. Noisy kids in a building across the way playing wii and hollering until after midnight. Access by car is difficult as it is in the pedestrian area. However once located and directed to the car park we were happy. Nothing. No information in the room about breakfast times or information on how to change the room temperature (which everytime reset to default after leaving the room). Fusebox in the room made loud electric noise. 1 male receptionist was constantly talking on his mobile phone, even when I came to ask for information, and didn't hang up. Unable to stop air conditioning which led to the two of us getting a cold towards the end of the holiday. It appears you can only change the temperature, the system keeps turning on again after you switch it off. Reception have the ability to stop and start, but that's a bit ridiculous considering everything else is so modern and stress free. I don't like being asked for my passport every time I check in. It's not necessary in other European countries and I do not always keep it with me while travelling. Nothing special, but I hope they would improve wifi speed and the way to connect wifi. The location was slightly off busy street but it was o.k because Aosta is a small city. just a tad hard to find. but to be fair we were following satnav. rather hard to find as located in a pedestrian only zone. Access to the hotel was a bit difficult. Nothing. lack of a vanity mirror in room. Air condition. Wifi offered but did not work. nothing. Difficult to find, some better signs. The air conditioning is operated from the reception!. nothing. shower a little cramped. Breakfast. the area around hotel was under construction the room was very small hotel a bit far away from train and bus station bed was not very comfortable. The Internet dont work in the room-no signal at all. In the other areas of the hotel the same.
