absolutely wonderful staff who mostly all had my name down by the second day, wonderful thermal spa area (I loved all the outdoor jets!) and fantastic fango treatment. Great dining room as well, and I loved the jazz night. Also I came with three dogs and the hotel was extremely patient and kind about it. Wonderful management at the front desk!
