Great location, right in front of the beach, some rooms have a spectacular terrasse (mine was like 30 square meters!). The location is perfect in tlv right at the begining of the international hotels but not to far from the city down town, not far from gay bars. Breakfast was nice, staff very friendly. Cosy small hotel with excellent breakfastbuffet from early to late morning. Balkony facing the sea, beach and busy road. Helpful. staff, young lady and young man in reception. Many tv channels, French, Spanish and English.

Simply don't spend a lot of time in the room, better ignore and enjoy Tel Aviv City, Jaffa, Netanja...and the beach of course. The hotel is located opposite the beach and use a conditioner on the hair is essential. 2- we found the room dirty. No safe in the room. The room was poor, but cleaned daily... Israelian style. Don't park in front of the hotel. You will be fined within 5 minutes....in the back is a Parking, 50 Shekel/ 24 hours. If you leave before 08.00 am it's 25 Shekel.... Room towels and bed not specially clean. Room a bit old. Bathroom very small. Not water pressure. Lady at breakfast is watching at you like if you were a killer... It's very noisy outside, but, as I knew, it's normal to Tel Aviv. Internet was slow. It could be a bit noise, but again you are facing the ocean in an area full of daily and nightly activities. Like all hotels in Tel Aviv, over priced, old, maintenance is something not understood. I am a Maintenance Manager. the credit card was charged prior to check-in. the hotel is very old the lobby is filled with female services promotion cards. Veery shabby. Booked a room with seaview, but we got a room on the back !!!. Everything old and broken !! Need to be renewed !!!! Absolutely to avoid !!! To be classified below 5. This is a motel, not a hotel. Staff refused to change my wet towel in the evening. Very run down, smelly, super noisy.
