Gorgeous physical setting overlooking sea; right in heart of one of most interesting areas of Tel Aviv/Jaffa - old Jaffa and the restaurant district of the port. Superb, large swimming pool with salt water that is freshened every week. Beautiful central courtyard of palm trees and manicured lawns. Great place to stay if you prefer to stay out of the big hotel area where all the tourists stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable! Great location in the old centre, close to the beach and vintage market with cool bars. Area is quiet and great pool, perfect for relaxing!.

Good clean accommodation with spa, steam and sauna rooms with a lovely heated pool which uses fresh sea aquifer water every day. The place is really nice. The environment is really warm and conforteable...it goes without saying that the we were really impressed for the staff's willingess, in particular we want to underline that Miss Shelly was amazing. The welcome envelope when checking-in late. The friendly and sweet staff at the reception. Location close to harbor restaurants and old-town. Great match between independence of apartment and hotel-like facilities. The apartment was enormous, the grounds were beautiful and had all the facilities of a 5 star hotel. Plus it was only 2 minutes walk to the sea. Staff was very helpfull and friendly, including gards and cleaning service. Nice swimming pool. No problem with later check out. Remember the reception is closed from Thursday to Saturday.. The hotel needs a little investment and TLC to bring it back up to its former glory. The cafe for example has been closed and the pool spa was not working. It would be great to have a TV channel spreading italian news. 1013 studio is a little dark, no sun at all, windows are on the side of a construction area. Our neighbour was very loudy, keeping his door open while speaking on the phone. Pool Rules / Hours The Overall Facilities could do with some updating / repairs. Shower really needs refurbishing. You supply your own breakfast. Without breakfast including, no cafetery on the hotel's area. They do not have reception. Office works only from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. All the rest time of the day you can deal only with the guard. Also their were problems with the hot water.
