The staff were extraordinarily helpful and spoke great English. The hotel was professionally run -- I didn't worry about anything. It felt like a high-quality US hotel. The rooms were very nice and the location near the Carmel Center restaurants was very convenient. We had a gorgeous view of Haifa and its harbor from our room and from the breakfast area. It's also near the Bahai Gardens and the Carmelit subway stop.
