I stayed there for 1 week with my Mom. I am used to luxurious hotels in North America (Fairmont, Sheraton, Intercontinental). However Armon Yam Hotel left a god impression of warmth and friendliness. We arrived there at 9.00 am after long 11 hours flight and although the hotel was pretty booked up. The gentleman at the reception was nice to us we got our room in 1/2 hour.
