The house is astonishing; the people running it are lovely. The dinner cooked for us was excellent. The enterprise is a touch eccentric but that is part of its great charm. The normal criteria do not apply. This is a stunningly lovely place and were there a mark of 11 out of 10, it would merit it. The location and views were every bit as beutiful as we expected. It is a place with lots of character and charming quirkiness. A family with children would have a great time here. Also ideal for a romantic break.
