I liked the warm friendly atmosphere! The receptionist as we were leaving on Feb 10 th 2013 was ultra nice! A gentleman born with a fantastic sense of humour! Price is competitive! All in al its a grand hotel! I will be recommending it!. A great location, lovely hotel setting nestled just outside NAAS. Gorgeous food and great atmosphere in the hotel. Friendly staff so helpful to whatever our needs were. Generous breakfast. Bedrooms were so comfortable and roomy.

Easy access from the highway. Short drive or an easy 20 minute walk to the center of town. Great staff. They helped arrange a room for us in Galway, retaining a "hotel rate" for the room. Friendly reception. Managed to organise a tasty late night meal after the restaurant had officially closed. Warm spacious room. Value for money experience when doing business in Naas. Loved our room it was one of the coach houses and was really lovely in every way would stay there again but would not eat or drink in the hotel what a pity for such a nice place. I like the little houses you get to yourself. Very cute. Also the hotel staff were lovely, very friendly and very helpful. The room was lovely and clean. We stayed working all day at the hotel. Pity they weren't serving dinner!!. I can't fault this hotel. It was a little far away from main centre of Naas,otherwise perfect.I didn't get to stay as long as I'd like,but I plan a return visit. No gripes. We had a drink in the bar before we went out and we were hard pushed to find a table that was clean the floor was also dirty with bits of old food the price of the drink was very dear fancy charging 2 euro 90 for a very small bottle of coke. Bed a little hard but wouldnt be bothered about that. Also a bit far from the town to walk. Everything was ok. n/a. had trouble getting out most mornings.If the porter is on duty he should be at reception when people want to leave early.One morning I found the porter asleep in the bar and when he let me out he hadn't validated my parking ticket properly so I had to go back in and get it done again.Two other mornings I had to wait around for atleast ten minutes for him to appear. nothing. stains in carpet. Unable to effectively control the hot water which was scalding and as a result we where unable to shower. We could have had a bath if time had permitted following discovery of hot water shower issue. The buffet breakfast was a huge disappointment after the excellent meal on Saturday night . The breakfast was cold and seemed like it had been made for quite a while . I have no complaints whatsoever. Nothing. Bath towels far to small, the dove soap holders not up to code. Television in my room a bit to high up in the corner. Hotel was not close to Naas city centre. Breakfast was good but could have been warmer. wifi does not work everywhere. Nothing. the chips I got with my evening meal in the hotel bar were cooked in oil almost passed its sell by date. They were disgusting!. Nothing worth mentioning. not one thing. 20min walk to nass. I realised the heat control in the room was not working and it was too cold. They overide the controls at reception keeping the temperature down unless you ask. A/c was centrally controlled the room was cold. The shower in our room was not working so I had to have a cold shower. Shower boiler did not work. Nothing. Could be decorated a bit. coach rooms separate from main hotel and bit isolated for single female.
