Hotel staff, particularly at the front desk and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good, particularly the evening meal. The rooms were very nice and spotlessly clean. location was ideal,right in the middle of town.Rooms were very clean and to a high standard.It was fab hotel. Great location,enjoyed the national park.jacuzzi bath, breakfast. staff where nice and the rooms where very clean and comfortable.it was located in town center.the luxury room and warmth of the hotel. Killarney Avenue is located right in the center of killarney and thus is very convienent to Killarney's bars and restaurents. It also had an underground carpark which ensures your car is parked safely for the duration of your stay. Too few parking spaces. The drinks menu gave a small list of imported beers but when i ordered at the bar the staff had no idea what i was asking for.I think 4and5 star hotels should have good range of world beers,just like wine.I don't know if I'll try online reservations again. This was my first time. parking.Food service was slow.
