The Ard na Mara properties are just a short walk from Dingle which has many excellent restaurants serving local seafood. Dingle World of Leisure has a pool, hydro spa, sauna and gym. Dolphin watching boat trips leave from Dingle pier all every day. Ceann Sibeal Golf Links in Ballyferriter is just 7 miles away and overlooks the historic Blasket Islands.
