On arrival we were checked in straight away.We were asked if we would like to book a table in the resturant by the receptionist on arrival.room service was very quick.

Staff were very efficient and friendly. The courtesy bus is a fantasticconvenience for travellers staying at the hotel and all the drivers wereso helpful and friendly.

The welcome we received on our arrival even thou it was the early hours of the morning, the hotel including the room and facilities was excellent

shuttle to/from airport is an excellent service.

everything satisfactory except shower wasn't working.Bath was fine but shower would be quicker at 5.30 a.m. No time to mention it on departure!

The hotel was brillant. The decor relaxing, the food excellent and the staff very helpful. The hotel was easy to find just of the motorway.

Convenient, very nicely decorated and comfortable. Nice restaurant witha good variety of food choices.
