Literally everything in the hotel. From the excellent gym facilities to the swimming pool to the hotel room and finally to the absolutely wonderful staff members. I also loved the fact that there was a mall linked to the hotel so it makes it easy if I want to grab a cup of coffee or any daily necessities since there is a supermarket in the mall. I would also want to commend the staff for being friendly and efficient in meeting our needs. Definitely a hotel that deserves 5 stars.
all reviews » Deluxe room is far more spacious than the superior, with separate TV/living room and small pantry. Nice comfy bed with clean linens and lots pillows. Real value for money compared to other hotels in town with similar standard. Breakfast is excluded, but with the many restaurants only few walks away, you won't miss hotel buffet that much. I like everything they provided to me, their hospitality, their excellent facilities and the best thing is that they are next to the mall, which was very good to me as I needed to buy some stuffs and i just walked to the mall easily in a minute! I dont know what to say coz I like all the things the have. Many guests of other rooms smoked in the middle of the night, both inside their own rooms or in the corridor although we got the non smoking floor and they didn't take any strict actions about it. Breakfast rather crowded, but only at peak. The choke in the bathroom floor was something unexpected. They should do more maintenance as overall the hotel room is excellent and the bed is so comfortable. The entrance access is quite narrow, not located in main road. Room is small, but quite comfortable for business trip. hotel staffs are like chit chat each other anytime. The master room has no bathroom door. Lateness to response. There is a kind of smell from the toilet. I always bring my own toilet spray for the inconvenience. There's an unpleasant smell coming from the ac. n/a. parking. Noise from outside the room. too little options of breakfast. a. I went to UG floor for gym and there are no available regular towel (only bath towel) and there is no water as well. I did work out for an hour and the water has not supplied. b. I stayed for few times and the hotel does not have good water pressure at shower bath room which is not pleasant. 1. Sometimes water so dirty (like more sand) 2. Too noisy between floor (in the room) 3. Swimming pool in the morning isn't clean, to much white particle. The air conditioner is not working well, main room in the executive room doesn't have a key on it.. its pretty annoying when you want to sleep without anyone going inside your room. Bathroom n bedroom smells not good, especially in my room. Room service took a long time. Only for 2 dishes, it takes about 1.5 hours. Any trouble noise when shower in bathroom operated.. may have problem on bathroom piping. letsbookhotel.com did not inform my request to the hotel regarding the type of the room that is double bed. Location, for sightseeing in Solo there better ones The bathroom, incredible for a 4star hotel that the water is floating in the whole bathroom. The problem is the measuring at building the floor. Nr 1903. 1. The bathroom in the main bedroom has no door at all. 2. Aircond unit position right in front of the bed. It is not healthy. 3. The wardrobe is too big for such a small main bedroom. Very slow service of staff No direct phone line in my room Calling front desk and operator takes forever.
