Level of english was appalling. People working at the reception didn't really understand. Takes one hour to get to the hotel, at least. Staff are not really aware of how long it takes to the airport.
The price is too much coz we have to pay extra blanket,aqua bottles,toothbrush,slippers which is ridiculous. We never pay extra for these at IBIS,NOVOTEL,Jentradagen or at any hotel . Laundry is overprice, a bit noisy early morning while we were sleeping.
Ii do not recommend this hotel for visa card user. After 2 days of my
stay, I got to know from my bank that 3 deduction processes were done in
my card and all of them from fame hotel. So they deducted the cost 3
times. I called the hotel and explained the mistake and they told that
they will check and call back but they did not call back. I am so
disappinted from the hotel.
Wifi is terrible, breakfast is not good, I booked nonsmoking room, they gave me a smoking room.
No bathup.employee unfriendly especially in front.
