  Excellent location, pool, beautiful garden, flowers, style of the building (Balinese/temple), statues, nice rooms, formerly excellent but needs some renovation ; overall unbeatable at that price 37E/n in June in Seminyak ; will come back ! - 10 minute walk to the beach. 15-20 minute walk to Seminyak Square. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Ha... what people say » s a swimming pool. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast was ok. Staff friendly and helpful. Room a decent size and had a balcony.

  Staff were exceptional, nothing ever too hard for them. We loved the two bedrooms with private pool. Good value. Having our breakfast cooked each morning made us felt like royalty. - The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our villa was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.
