We stayed in a garden villa & it was lovely. There is a small supermarket nearby & a large 1 10 mins walk away. There are lots of restaurants near & a Aussie bar showing sport. The beach is 5 mins walk away with lots of good places to eat, drink & watch the sunset on it. The staff regularly sprayed for insects but if you want a garden I'm afraid u have to live with them. The plus with a garden is the wildlife & we had regular visits from a squirrel, birds & butterflies.

The staff in this hotel (front desk, bar, maintenance, cleaning) were all amazing and very friendly / helpful. The in house massage was one of the best massages ive ever had!!! The private villas are a nice touch to be able to either paddle at the main pool or lay in your own hammock. My partner got quite ill n the staff were very helpful n got him medicine n t. The friendly staff and the ease of organising events were highlights for us. We were there for a 60th Birthday and they organised a cake and had the Villa setup lovely for the party. A day trip to Ubud with a friendly driver, a late checkout and transport to the airport with a minimum of fuss. Everything. Pool was fantastic, Our villa was great. We got upgraded from a studio to a 1 bedroom villa. We were able to check in when we arrived at about 9am. Katut, the bar man was so great, made such great cocktails, we kept him very busy. I realy wan't to point out the kintness of the personal. They were always quite helpfull and nice!. The accommodation was very good. The staff excellent. Lovely tropical feel to the resort. Staff and service were excellent. Very hospitable and eager to help us with everything. Staff were great, friendly and nothing was ever an issue. Spa villa was beautiful. Location, amenities, staff assistance. location is good and its a small place so not so many poeple around,its clean and pool is ok. A few more plates & a bit more cutlery in the kitchen would be good. The only downside was the amount if mosquitoes, due to the amount of greenery i felt there were heaps more but the staff spray your room each night, provide mosquitoe coils n nets. Not much I didn't like but some minor problems with the plumbing and an air-conditioner which were fixed immediately with no problems. The walk down the side street and lane at night were slightly unsettling until we came in view of the outdoor lights. Hotel sunscreen did not appear to be effective. Bring your own!. had to pay in cash ( that sucked ) just a standard room for $100 aust,can do better for that money in Bali.
