  I like the fact that it is just a walking distance from Kota Kasablanca, the new mall and close by the Ambassador Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that the facilities is almost complete and very suitable for a family stay with the reasonable price. The apartment is kept clean but the towels need to be changed to a new set ... what people say » as the ones provided in the room look very soiled thus the cleanliness is questionable. - As an apartment, there was a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Adequate space for me to meet with several people during my 2-day stay. Nearby shopping at "Kota Kasablaca" mall ... complete with many shopping, dining and entertainment options. Clean and easy to access.

  We liked everything else, bedorrm was nice and by the swimming pool, very stress releasing experience as far from the hussle of Denpasar - The hotel staff was very helpful, first time stayed at this hotel but felt like home....will come back again next time.

  Staff was very helpful from the entrance to the room. Bell boy, Reception, Housekeeping, they all paid attention with guest. I was impressed that. On 11 Sep. i had breakfast at the restaurant ground floor, While I was continued with my e-mail and didn't pay attention with my food on table. I just said yes.. then after finished my e-mail i though he just recommended and gone but I feel he really paid - Strategic location. Excellent breakfast. Free internet.   The front desk staff were wonderful. There was trouble with air-conditioning in 2 of our 4 rooms, and Batavia took steps to fix it in the middle of the night and later moved us to another suite. I book one bed room which there is a living room and kitchen that is nice. Nice view on the high floor. Room size is good and large for the family.

  came here 3rd time, quick check in-out, great bf and gym, rooms not new but absolutely comfortable, fully equipped mini market, we feel like coming home - Kindness of staff, and efficiency. Taking initiative to make my staying as pleasant as possible. The whole place is kept in pretty decent condition.

  We stayed in a 2BR apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. The furniture and amenities were all in good and working condition. The location was ideal near to city centre with a minimart right beside the hotel and numerous Indonesian food stalls along the street by the hotel.   Excellent lady Catering Sales Manager who should be the Guest relations Manager, she is such a good host.The hotel is currently under going some renovation but have ensured guests are minimally inconvenienced. The renovated rooms are designed with a very modern format and are quite adequate. The family rooms are very cost effective and can actuall... what people say » y sleep four adults and one small child. - I booked 4 superior rooms and was pleasantly surprised that we were all upgraded to the Royale Suite Floors. Not only that we were each given a suite at no extra charge. We were entitled to use the "restaurant" at the 14th Floor for our breakfast, light snacks and drinks served uo to 7pm. The suite is BIG and clean with all the complimentary tooth brushes etc.
