Ketut, family and all staff were delightful and always very helpful. We had the best relaxing time with our feet in the sand the whole time. Fresh catch of the day was fantastic to choose for the evening meal. Thanks so much. the location was superb, the staff was very friendly, more than helpful and added excitement to the trip. The breakfast provided was very nice and also the fact you could use the sunbeds were good.

Hut style is lovely, rooms are clean and bed comfortable. Right on the beach with balcony facing the sea (room 2 has probably the best view). Mushroom bay is probably the best beach I found on the island. The staff was kind and helpfull. Clean rooms. Location on beach was good and the use of free flippers and snorkels. Staff were helpful if you wanted to arrange something, I think him name was kato. I like the location of the hotel which is on the beach itself. It is in a great location. Mosquito nets not fully enclosed as open at top so not worth having, open bathroom a little too exposed for the ladies!. Nothing!. N/a. Nothing. Nothing really. NO WIFI AT ALL...!!! Hasn't been working for the past month and we stayed for 6 nights and no signal at all... Be aware of strong currents and big waves - even for skilled swimmers!!!. Have to pay cash while I booked with on-line pre-payment option. Had to call letsbookhotel.com to be sure that my credit card won't be charged. At the end, nothing wrong happened. Wifi not working properly. Bathroom absolutely need to be renewed. It's such a pity to have nice room and degraded bathroom. For this price you could expect better. Ultimately, The value for money isn't that good. This is because the beach is somewhat poluted,caused by à huge amount of motorboats. I would recommend a stay in the area of dream beach. We paid extra for an air conditioned room but they didn't pay the meter and we had to sleep in a hot room all night with no electricity and no apology given. We were also going to be charged for an extra slice bread with breakfast but refused. The wifi was awful and kept cutting out. I don't like the stairs going up to the bedroom and the open shower and toilet. Very overpriced - we paid extra for a 'superior room' but all rooms were identical. Much more expensive than similar places in the same area. We moved after one night to a far better place, paid less and had much more luxurious facilities. Staff were also unhelpful.
