Angsana is a 15-minute drive from Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal and Bintan’s local shopping area. Singapore is an hour’s ferry ride away. The resort provides a free 2-way transfer from Bintan Ferry Terminal. Spacious, modern rooms feature a balcony overlooking either South China Sea or the garden. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities are provided. Each has a DVD player and flat-screen cable TV. Guests can pamper themselves with a massage at the spa or head for a swim in the pool. The resort also houses a kid’s club for little ones. Beachside dining is available at Pantai Grill and Bar and Fisherman’s Table. A variety of international favourites can be enjoyed at Lotus Café, while drinks are served at The Veranda Lobby Lounge.

A great experience! All the staff were extremely friendly, and the location was perfect - next to a lovely quiet and long beach with it's own pool etc. Location, beach and pool, poolside grill, handling of sports equipment, transfer, staff attention, breakfast, wifi free, beach clean. Wonderful and clean private beach, nice pool area. Staff was very friendly. Natural resort basically in the jungle.

Pool closes at 6 pm on a saturday for cleaning which is retarded at a resort like that with so many people. Spa is way overpriced. Food is rather expensive and drinks are very expensive. Usd7 for a can of coke and usd10 for a big bottle of water. Spa was also too expensive so gave that a miss. Quite a number of smokers at the pool. Activities quite expensive. The standard room was pretty outdated and really requires some renovation. Otherwise a very nice resort. no nightlife. Need a night club/a good pub. The music in the restaurant should vary a bit more. Hugely overpriced for a tired hotel. Dining options poor. Beach restaurant hardly open due to lack of customers. Poor transport system. The taxi company has no accountability. Long delay to get a taxi. I had to wait more than an hour to get a taxi to nirvana gardens and they did not show up for return as they promised.
