It's a good hotel, suitable for a family with the kids as it is connecting to a quite big shopping mall where the kids can find their fave food, things, and play-zone. The location is perfect. Beach is only a few steps from the hotel. The interior is unique, simple but cozy. Room is not too big, but fine. No big window and tall curtain, just a small one with horizontal-blind. Room is dominated by white color, looks clean. Nothing less compared with the fare, just one case at the last day that m.

Highly recommend for people wishing to shop and great for younger age group or first time visitors. I was amazed by the helpfulness of the staffs at the reception. 1. provided me with tape and newspapers to wrap my fragile items. 2. help to bring down the baggage to the cab as there are too many to carry. Also there is no space to put the toiletries near the basin. breakfast is plain variety, just enough to get you started in the morning, better than nothing. It is noisy. I could not sleep well since the noise from hallway / corridor. The shower room is old, but acceptable. Small rooms and a bit "old" and used.... The view from the room not good... Very small swimming pool. Breakfast provided to 2 persons only. Water drainage at shower cabin does not flush smoothly. Standard room is too narrow and water always leak in the bathroom. - Nothing. The bathroom was old. The sliding shower screen doors were hanging off their hinges, the jets in the shower were weak, the toilet was leaking, it also blocked up, the bins had no liner and the towels were old and grey. The bathroom's shower was ridiculously small. I had a hard time moving my arms..I felt the shower was gonna topple over along with me. The wi fi only worked near the door of the room..I had to move a futon near the door to be able to use wi fi. The air conditioner was very noisy. pool water didnt look as clean as it could have. the showers in the rooms are so small like torture chambers - like a caravan portable shower. i wouldnt stay again because of this. A little bit noisy when step on the hotel corridor due to lack of carpet. Since i am sensitive, i just feel a little bit smeel only. Cushions and sofas blotched. Looks dirty. I don't like the access to main road thru discovery mall is closed at 10pm to 10am. It is very inconvenient to walk thru the carpark. no butter for breakfast. some kids of other famliy are a little noise. rooms a little small and without acces to ocean and swimming pool swimming poll not really clean and small. the shower blocking up and the toilet blocking up .both fixed up quickly. Dirty swimming pool. No pool and seems to be a hospital. Didn't change towels correctly. Sometime you had two and others four... Breakfast menu. swimming pool very small n lil bit dirty (not comfort), the room very far from lift. Bed was too old and the hotel was too noisy even in the early morning. I couldn't sleep well. Dirty room 202. Damp painted over. Mould on mastic in shower. Shower room overflowed. Drainage poor. Shower cubicle like an 80's throwback and small. Electric box open wiring on display. Air con leaked. Cracks in tiles throughout all harbouring dirt and filth.Breakfast limited and below average. very dirty bathroom broken shower cabin worn out room attitude of reception staff. Very small, stark room. Difficult access to hotel after 10:00pm. Pool closes at 6:00. Tiny pool with annoying music. Would never stay again dirtyrooms dirty linnen. - bathroom is poor.. - different with the picture at website. outdated, not clean, only available through parking garage during night.
