We needed to spend one night in Jakarta for a connecting flight the next morning. This hotel was very well suited, strategically and financially, and catered for all our needs. It is spacious and clean and had all the necessary facilities. Would definately stay there again. Breakfast was good. Great straff, good location 30-45 min from airport. Not in immediate city centre (good, because city centre is just noisy and smoggy and crowded) Near 3 shopping malls, one can easily be reached on foot and had great affordable shopping.

I like the staff very friendly helpful the outdoor swimming pool and the most i like is the location of the hotel which it between two big mols only 10 mints walk. Location , Taxi availability , small market near the entrance , rooms design, the view to Jackerta city ,. 1. Reasonably spacious 3-room apartment 2, Good spread of dishes for the buffet breakfast. Location, spacious suite and pool! Lifts are being renovated, it was not too bad. The staffs and all facilities are very helpful,friendly and aproachable. Good location and very close to shopping mall - breakfast was good too. Spacious living room, pantry, well equipped with microwave, etc. The family room is very conducive and provide facilities needed. Shabby, with kitchenette but an empty one. Elevators were very slow and strange, you had no idea, which route it will take.... The linen is not clean especially the towel and bathmate. Normally all linen in white colour it was surprisingly the towel look likes grey or brown colour very dirty. Need to be change new linen. Luckily i Brought my own towel. I requested to loan iron n ironing board even just for few hours temporarily everyday of my stay, but never get entertain n never reveived one. Wifi is only restricted at lobby. Should extent to rooms. Room Furnishings were old and the room (2 bedroom suite) in need of updating. Lifts were slow with only three of the four ever in operation. Breakfast choice was limited. The toilet & when i was there only 2 lifts are operating. The unit that i booked didn't look like the one in the website pic,the actual one look older. furniture is not well maintained. The parking area and the parking ticketing staff is not friendly. toilet cleaniness. Apartment and rooms are not clean and smelly. Toilet damaged but repaired immediately after the report is made. Breakfast is less choice and less palatable. Rental rates do not match with hotel accommodation. We stayed in a 3-room apartment. As soon as we entered the apartment, we were greeted by sticky, slimy floor that seems like it has not been mopped. Bathtub was dirty with grime. The furniture, carpet and bathroom are not well maintained for the quality and cleaness. everything. The Hotel is old not will maintained, has no wifi facility as mentioned in rooms.Furnitures are old , bath rooms and sanitary are not working well , towels are stained and not cleaned .AC unit in sitting area is noisy (OLD). realy the hotel needs a comprehensive maintenance and rehabilitation . Location is far away from downtown. stayed 3 bedrooms unit for 1 night unstead of 3 nights, i got the highest floor but omg! the lift!! useless kitchen..no utensils no cutleries no plates no cups and even no boiling kettle!!! (upon request) the worst is broken ceramic floors that afraid might hurt childrens, grey towels not white (requested to change but didnt change) the toilets need upgradings and bad drain smells.. hotel building very old rooms are not clean bad smelling insite & washroom leak towels and bed not clean. The hotel rooms are dirty and the the furniture is old and smelly I wouldn't recommend it to to solo or couples but only for shoppers since its near 3 big malls. the system crazy, i have paid for check in but, when check out they ask me to pay more due to the system error when i checked. not profesional.
