The room design is good suits a business person the staff is good but need to improve in communication skills in English. Overall good and at the center of the night life of Jakarta. very near to Tranjakarta station Mangga Besar easy to move around. I like the location and facilities. The room is comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. .

Location of this hotel is strategic but too noisy caused near to clubs and karoke. Easy access and near Mangga Besar station. The sub-staff like gateman and the driver appointed are more greedy. I realize that needs to inform them at what time to clean room. Nothing really necessary.. Because i just stay for sleep. Some staff had a difficulty in speaking and understanding english. Hotel location is slightly hidden in a narrow alley.The view outside the hotel not so pleasant.But once inside the hotel,its surprisingly nice. I've book standard room by letsbookhotel.com but after I arrived to the hotel, standard room was full. So they change my room to deluxe with additional charge. Need more comunication within hotel & letsbookhotel.com. The driver suppose to pick up at airport do not inform he was late.Keep me waiting for more than one and half hours.Disappointed when arrange to return back to airport too. The dodgy mirrors on the ceiling, bit like the set of a 70's porn movie!!. many insects in the room. scary. cockroaches, noise from street and hotel. I didn't like much to be honest very tacky unfinished rooms windows held in with silicone loads of Mosquitos very dirty bathroom bad location noisy builders start early in the morning staff were very rude and blunt part from the security guard and seemed they wanted to rip us off with there taxi service I strongly advise you don't go there if you don't speak Indonesian. The Hotelroom was dirty,noisy,linnen with stains,you could see the toilet from each corner of the room,the bathroom stinks terrible of wastewater so like the towels.we could not close windows completly and avoid the noise from the street.Breakfast? should be in the room with only one chair,dirty plates and cups.We told the reception on the next morning about the problem and for check out at noon,but they refused our cancelation .
