  ≫ Location just beside Batam ferry terminal & Megamall so its very convenient. 10 to 15 mins drive to other shopping mall near their town area. ≫ Room is spacious, toilet cleanliness is superb! Tv have various channels. The wifi is good eventho I stayed at e top floor at the very far end. ≫ Gym facilities is awesome! Didnt... what people say » get to use the pool cos it was raining for the whole 3 days. Neither did we took the breakfast package so we wouldnt know. ≫ Staff responsiven - This hotel is near to the ferry terminal which only took 2 to 5 minutes walking distance from Harris Hotel. It is also near to Batam Centre Mall at the left side of the ferry terminal. Also many restaurants in Batam Mall which can easily find food to eat. From Harris Hotel to Nagoya Hill, you can easily get a taxi in front of the hotel with the cost of IDR 50,000 per taxi. Or by angkutan kota at IDR 3000 per person The hotel is clean.
