The staff are good and friendly. They are willing to help us and provide good information on the transportation or others.
Should have provide an iron on each floor (at least) and with no time limit so we can use it anytime needed. The room also should use a more brighter light(e.g. flourescent lamp) and the water heater of the bathroom should be improved. The room is not what we expected as seen in the pictures.

Overall....it's cheap and and it's location is near the Bandung train station and opposite Kartika Sari factory. Choose this hotel only if you want to save money and don't care about quality.
The room, the bed, the bed sheet is smelly, the water pressure in the toilet is very low and air con is not cold. Wifi works only in the lobby. Breakfast which is included is very simple.
