Cleanliness and budget friendly. It was suitable for backpacking. The building is new and cozy. It is also located in the center of Balikpapan, only a few walk from malls and government offices.

lack of facility, towel didn't include for open room, i didn't see any tissue, and maybe the air conditioner need a routine service. :).
