The staff and their customer centric approach; the city site seeing arrangements; cleanliness and swift response of the staff members; deliverance of services based on the customer requirements and expectations. The hotel is well located and has very helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, comfortable without being too luxurious. The breakfast was great. There was constant hot water which is great when it's cold outside. The hotel provides water as well as other information regarding High Altitude Sickness, which is very easy to get at that altitude. The view was amazing and there was also a great mixture of TV-channels to relax to in the evening.
