Food is pretty awesome... Best breakfast menu was there and it is not
easy to find out that kind of food when you travel. Best place for
veggies. Reception staff was quiet polite and helpful. Atmosphere and
location of the hotel is best.

Very good hotel; good interiors and staff. Excellent location. 10 mins walk to calangute beach. Close to restaurants and mall. Food taste good. Specially dal khichadi. Pool side 1 / 2 floor room is good.

Service staff was very lazy and they took 1/2 hr to bring empty
glass. I have never seen any hotel any 3* hotel using disposable glass
and plastic cups. One day a waiter told us that we dont serve tea in
crockery glasses in the rooms. I felt really bad and above that those
cups were not clean.
1. Room was not very clean. There were so many Ant in the room which spoiled our food.
2. Very small swimming pool & no baby pool
3. If you get Garden view (actually there is no garden there) lots of Generator noice coming from outside.
Breakfast needs improvement. It will be great if they have some eggs mushrooms and fruits etc. only veg :(. Needs a table and chair inside the room. Needs roof on the way to go to rooms atleast in monsoon.
Hotel's veg restro is not that good. Menu is bit costly. It better
to go out and try nearby restros.

There is nothing much we dint like about it. The open places are few n very small to be called a resort.

The property was small rather than displayed in the pics.. Zaika
restaurant (24 hours) does not exist only.. Indoor games were not
maintained at all.. Complimentary breakfast vessels were not upto the
mark...especially tea was served in plastic mugs..
