Tasteful design, especially bathroom, clean and spacious room. Nice balcony with the view on the lake with chairs and tiny table just enough to enjoy a sunset. Supernice staf. Wonderful sundeck to enjoy tasty brekfast outside with a winerry and lake view. Friut basket to welcome us was a nice gesture. :) Good food and high class deserts. Excellent location in the heart of the country, featuring wonderful view over Lake Balaton, quiet, neat and clean, composes with excellent cuisine, children and family leisure, spa&sport facilities, superb work of all the hotel crew with always smiling manager-in-chief and beautiful faces over the reception desk.

The whole establishment is very stylish, modern and comfortable. It is convenient that there are spa facilities onsite. Half board was excellent the restaurant has lovely indoor and outdoor areas with buffet for breakfast and dinner included in the price. Excellent modern rooms and bathrooms. Full spa facilities and pool areas. Ample parking. Friendly staff mostly with good English. We loved the lake view from our balcony and outdoor jacuzzi at Spa. Updated clean room was very comfortable for a perfect vacation with bargain price. We were very happy to choose this hotel. Location gives you a beautiful view on the lake; interesting idea to put a big tv screen at the pool - I had never watch formula while swimming :), many different types of sauna; tasty food. Defenately too short spa oppening hours, shoul be open at least till 10 pm. The hotel is quie in a middle of nowhere, so not much to do in the evenings, especially with the vine bar and spa closed. Joined room door were no sound proof at all. We had experienced anoying banging to it from some frustrated neighbours, while we were just talking. Unexceptable in a 4 star hotel. Tv size of a post stamp. Not that we would watch it, but for such a standard... Hungarian Forint exchange rates increased your price by 5% when using credit card in euro. That"s no remark towards wonderful hotel, but to cash-friendly country. As a couple with a preference for vegetarian food, there was a lack of such options in the evening buffet. Dinner buffet can be improved. They advertise private pool - that 's not true; had problems with a drain at the shower that was making the whole bathroom wet; not many choices of food. Firstly, the hotel claims that they have Wi-Fi everywhere, but in reality only works at the reception, spa and in the restaurant (medium to poor quality of service). Wi-Fi in the rooms is not working at all even if the signal is present. Secondly, even if the staff is friendly and always there to help you, they have poor level of english language. Thirtly, most of the information and advertising in the hotel is only in Hungarian and few are translated to English and German. Warning: Rooms allocated to us on arrival were not what we booked on letsbookhotel.com (I.E. a suite). We had a big argument with them at check in. All travelers should call the hotel direct to ensure correct reservation. WARNING: This hotel does not have air-conditioned rooms. Swimming pool not adequately maintained: sent my children's hair green. A bit tatty for a new hotel - clearly some damp problems, tiles missing from swimming pool floor. Some staff seriously need to put a smile on their faces when dealing with guests. Plus, I believe that a 4-star hotel needs staff that can speak proper English. As noted by other reviewers before me, a lot of information was only available in Hungarian. All tv channels in HUngarian, only 2 in German. Overall, it is a great hotel that could be made a lot better with a little attention to these details and with a serious attitude-change of the staff. outdoor jacuzzi could be cleaner. Too humid in the bathroom and very poor light. You are almost there in the dark. One evening it was not possible to eat outside even if the rain had stopped one hour ago. The waiters said that boss didn't allow them to clean up the tables so we could eat outside, because then all the others also would want to sit outside... Strange. That was very bad. Accessible room not really suitable as slippery floor in shower room and no shower seat. Only buffet food on half board which was not really made clear on booking. Fitnes - only five cardio machines.
