Service. As a 3 star hotel our staying was very comfortable, quaet, nice and the room was clean. We had an excellent staying.The staff members were all so courteous, friendly, and helpful. I also liked the hotel's location, so close to the Bük Fürdő. The hotel had a pleasant Christmas atmosphere with the decorated real tree downstairs and charming Christmas arrangements on each table in the dining room. That was such a nice touch.
