The hotel was just in the centre of Flores ! The room was big and very clean! Our room has private bathroom and toilet. We can use also the AC and refrigerator. We found also shampoo and other extra's in our bathroom. Every day the staff cleaned our room. The location was perfect. It is possible to order breakfast in the hotel. Our balcony was great !!!!

I arrived a day early and the receptionist gave me a room that had three
beds for the same price as a single room. She could have said that there
was no rooms available or charged a higher rate.
I was then put in the room on the third floor, that opened to the balcony and a beautiful view of Lago de Peten Itza.
The staff was very friendly, although, I do not know if the staff spoke English.
The staff stored my luggage four four days while I camped and visited several Mayan sites on the Rio Us.
Get a room on the deck of the 3rd floor- although you share it with other folks at the hotel, it feels like a private deck. Beautiful to wake up to the view of the water. Best deal we found on the island, even air conditioning in units.
Comfortable room, with a great terrace and view. The hotel offered free (instant) coffee and tea, though no breakfast. The staff was very helpful in setting up transport to Tikal.

It was great having a large room facing directly out over the lake. The
hotel was also very close to tourist shops and restaurants - La Luna was
exceptionally good for ambience, food quality and friendliness of staff.
Quite small hotel, big rooms, good AC and WIFI. Good location, not too closed to the possible noise of some bars (this being said the Flores Island is quiet and safe).
