We loved everything about this hotel. Although villa is positioned up a small steep hill, location is perfect as the views are truly spectacular. We loved the fact that it is not a large chain-style hotel but is small, intimate and personal. We were welcomed with cold bottle of vine on our arrival. The room was nice and quiet with balcony with breathtaking sea view! It was cleaned every day, even the dishes were washed every time. Villa provides all facilities that you need for enjoyable va.

Starting with the location that for us was perfect - not in the middle of town, but we did hire a motorbike, which was helpful to explore the place and get up to the villa. But if you like, there is a beach just down the road that you can walk to and a nice hotel near by with another good beach. The family who runs the place is welcoming and friendly. The room was cleaned daily and the atmosphere there was very relaxing!! If we ever in Skiathos again, there is no question t. Small hotel outside of Skiathos, wonderful bed in a clean room with panoramic view of the sea and Skiathos. Quiet area, little outdoorbar next to pool, loungebeds and shade. Friendly dog and friendly owner. Very steep climb from the road to the hotel, but with buss stop nearby and lovely beach at big vassilias. We asked for breakfast and allthough we were the only guests for breakfast it was served with care, outside near the pool with fresh products, lots to choose from and it was delicious. The view is amazing. The rooms are clean, big and very well furnished. The pool is an excellent replacement if sea incursions are not possible. Not to mention the cofee and the best spirited dog running around the premises - Desy. The owner is an excellent guide to both locations and lifestyle and his family very welcomming. Fantastic views and very friendly and helpful family owners. Great value for money owned and run by a delightful family. Hospitality, pro active help of owner, great location. It is a steep climb from the road to the hotel, we took a taxi after a night out in Skiathos town to avoid the climb on foot. The traffic can be a little slow at times. Lack of shade on balcony in the morning. distance from town, steep walk to front of hotel (good exercise though!), no broadband in room.
