Having a pool is essential on Santorini. Staff were very friendly. Location was good in Perivolis. Close to beach. Friendliness of staff and pool.Friendly staff, good location. The car hire firm they use are very poor and the breakfast buffet could be improved.More care should be in cleaning the rooms. We were very disappointed. Photos on the website was nothing like the hotel/room that we got. The info we received was misleading: we paid extra for a sea view which turned out to be a view of the horizon 500m+ away. Cooking equipment was very limited. It felt as if they just wanted to make money and don't care about the quality of the service they provide.
