The Hotel is the Oasis of harmony and quietness for the holiday. Location is exellent: in the outskirts of Kos city with splendid view to the fields and mountings and near the beach. All buildings surround pools and canals, which are the focal points of the place. This is the Venice of Kos.the staff is very friendly and try to do everything for you. It is situated in the distance 3 km from the Kos city, it is possible to reach it by bus and bicycle. There are bustling night life and many rest.

Regular bus into Kos town, which was very welcome as there is not much in Lampi. The staff were incredibly professional and courteous in every way, and always friendly and polite. All of the staff very helpful. Amazing room !. Hotel design, friendly stuff, good food. Bed, shower, layout, location, pools. everything was perfect.......... Everything. Quality of room Attentive staff. 1.there was difficult to read in the room in the evening, no special light 2. In my dressing board there were no shelves, only hangers. I don't know why. 3. Slow Internet. The beach was a little disappointment. not regularly maintained is full of garbage and stones. If checking into the hotel after say 9pm, the staff on duty are thinly spread, so if there are problems with your room, it will probably have to be dealt with in the morning. There were a few minor maintenance issues in the room (peeling wallpaper/ stain on bathroom wall) and the beach needed to be racked and cleaned more often. However, these were very small issues and did not interfere with my overall high opinion. Originally we booked 27th Aug - 3th Sept but changed it through letsbookhotel.com to 29th Aug - 5th Sept and as far as I knew everything was confirmed (even got an email of changes) When we got there we were told we were 2 days late, there was no room we had booked for the first two days but luckily got an upgrade on the other 5 days.. not ideal but we made the most of it. The room service is poor. Generally the service is not equal for 5stars hotels. Staff very kind but uneducated They are not be able to treat clients with a professional approch. nothing was negative. Bar Prices. Music, bed side lights. Leaving. so bad WIFI and net! really bad!. bar prices Instant coffee at breakfast.
