Flora is wonderful! She was attentive to our every need. Our room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated with view of the ocean, caldera and views of Oia and Fira. We had breakfast on our terrace overlooking this beautiful view every morning and watched the sunsets with some nice wine every evening. Simply stunning!.
The Studio is situated at an excellent point of the caldera. We enjoyed its design and architectural quality a lot as well as the marvellous view into the Caldera and the famous sunset. It was quiet and within a short distance to the highlights of the island.all reviews »

Great views, scenically probably can't be beaten. It's a bit of a trek if you don't know the area but fine after. All the hotels are very close together. It's a peaceful area and good to get away from the main city fira. If walking will take a good 20mins leisurely, but is down hill and quite a trek back up. We stayed in the superior studio. Hiring a quad or scooter is best and easy to get around. Decent sized room for 2 people and very suited to the scene of santorini. The host/owner Flora is .

This is not a criticism specifically or Archouses. And this is really just part of going on vacation: the showering area is not curtained; it is built into the overall bathroom, but it is still possible to avoid splashign into other parts of the bathroom because there is a short wall. This is necessitated by the design of the building--which is essentially a cave built into the side of the caldera.

You almost need to be a mountaineer to safely traverse the stairs leading to the various apartments. This place would be absolutely treacherous for the elderly or small children. Also, other than look at the Caldera and eat out, there is absolutely nothing to do in Imerovigla. Plan to rent a car to get around.

toilet/shower is extremely small. Just a shower curtain seperating yourself from the toilet. Can't be more than 1m x 1m. Both toilet and shower, other rooms should be bigger and I am only speaking for the superior studio, also known as stone room.
