Hotel has the service quality of a 5* hotel( i.e. NO sunbed stress at the pool area.) keep in mind that the room/ facilities of the hotel are little outdated, like all facilities in Rhodes, but its great value for money. We were welcomed in a warm and familiar way after the taxi driver dropped us in the wrong hotel. The receptionsit is very helpful and friendly. The owner wants his guests to experience a relaxing holiday, you see this in everything.

The position of the hotel is amazing. We had one of the 2 bedroom rooms
closer to the beach and with a fantastic view from the balcony. It is
close to the shops and restaurants in Lalysos but still quite enough in
the evenings. The pool is big and clean with a great bar and good music
playing all day long.
The apartments are right by the beach and near to tavernas and shops. The staff are very friendly and even brought us a bottle of wine on the last night to say "thank you" for staying with them. There is also a little train which takes you around the area. Will certainly go back.
The view from the balcony was spectacular. Wonderful pool. Every staff member we encountered was amazing.The location was great for restaurants and supermarkets. We enjoyed having a kitchenette.
Close to the sea, clean and tidy, calm. Nice pool. Good tavernas and shops nearby. Apartments are spacy, cleaning service everyday. Good for families.

The hotel has a perfect location directly at the beach area , with a supermarket and lunch restaurant across the street. The hotel is situated just outside the center area with all bars and restaurants. Taxi costs are are relatively expensive ( 16 euros to Rhodos city - 1 way). Bus stops closeby and is a less expensive solution for traveling.
On the day of our arrival they took us to a studio type room instead of
a 2 bedroom apartment. After our complaint that this wasn' t what we
had booked,they gave us the correct keys for a room in the other
building closer to the sea, apparently the reception staff mixed up the
room numbers?! The mattresses on the beds are very uncomfortable.
In the 2/3 bedroomed apartments the balconies overlooking the pool don't get any sun. It didn't bother us because we went out straight after breakfast.
One bedroom was without air conditioner. Kitchen is very small and with little equipment so don't plan any big cooking.
There are torns on the path to the see, needs to remove.
