Staying at Falassarna Beach Hotel was an amazing experience, the hotel was very clean, the rooms were tided up every single day, the customer service was excellent and the definitely great value for money. We also got a huge room which had so much space and also a nice kitchen where one can easily cook a meal if you want to. Thanks for the great stay and hopefully we shall see you next year as well!.
all reviews » The location is fantastic, at the end of the road in Falasarna close to lovely beach and also 2 km walk from 'Big Beach ' if you want to go there. You can also walk to Ancient Falassarna through the olive groves and this is worth a visit. the bus to Chania and Kastelli-Kissamos goes from outside the hotel. The location is excellent. Slightly elevated, so good views, but within 50 metres of the beach. The balconys are very good, especially for watching the spectacular sunsets. Plenty of space within the appartment. The hotel is located just in a short walking distance of the huge Falasarna beach and contains everything you need for budget travel. Spacious rooms and balconies. Located only 100 kms from the beach, friendly staff, small market/gift shop attached to hotel, food reasonably priced, outdoor patio seating available. Near the beach very friendly staff big parking space. Friendly staff, location, quiet environment. The staff is friendly and every effort is made to ensure a good stay to the visitors. The Hotel is very close to the sea, in a beautiful place indeed! Being within walking distance (5 min) from two beautiful beaches and an archaeological site quite interesting. It is a good place to stay if you visit Falasarna beach. The rooms are spacious and kept clean by an efficient room service daily. Beautiful location. On the gorgeous beach. Fabulous sunsets. There was nothing I didnt like - I would recommend it to anyone who would like to have great relaxed holidays, either solo, with a partner or family as it accomodates everything. Great place to eat as well, as this is all run from a family business. Very little in the way of utensils for self catering. In the appartment there was plenty of storage space for two, but would be very difficult for four. Potential guests should be aware that there are 17 steps to the first floor, 34 to the second floor. Also, the short walk to the beach is very steep. wi-fi didn't work. Encouraged not to use the a/c because of the nice breeze, but people talking on balconies and barking dogs made it difficult to sleep. Mini market was very exoensive Had to climb two flights of stairs to get to room Rooms are very minimal for the price paid. It seems that the rooms need some maintenance. Towels were clearly stained and worn and needed to be subsituted. The Hotel is the destination of many tourists, and is common to see big buses arriving and delivering groups of people at the Hotel parking. Breakfast is not included and it is served in the nearby nice Tavern (about 6-7€/person). In our room WiFi was not available. If I had young children would ask for low floor as the stairwells and balconies are very dangerous for young children. The decoration of the room is very poor. Dirty windows and bed sheets.
