Is there something not to like?? Everything is outstanding. This family owned facility is located above an almost private bay with crystal blue/green waters. The design and architecture of the facility is a perfect blend between traditional Aegean architecture and modern comfort. Simply beautiful, like a fairy tale. all reviews » We loved the Mykonos Thea hotel. Our room was beautifully cared for, the view of the ocean was exceptional, the beach private, the grounds are filled with flowers and tended with care, and the best restaurant around, Kiki's, is within easy walking distance. Our host, Venia, was kind and helpful and her assistant Julia who kept our room, and assisted with breakfast (which was fabulous) was friendly and quick to respond to our requests. We will definitely return here when we visit Mykonos again. The hotel sent a driver to pick us up at the airport. The owner and staffs were super nice! Our room was beautiful and the hotel had a beautiful sea view and swimming pool! You don have to drive out/hunt for a beach to tan, right down the hotel, there is a mini private beach. I highly recommend the restaurant(Veranda) next to Hotel Theas. The lamb steak and the seafood risotto were awesome!!!! The hotel is so great for couple for honeymoon :). Quiet. The beautiful house and surrounding, the cleanliness. Only minor things: - Not in a walking distance from a super market / convenience store (but the staff will make sure that you won't miss a thing) - The bed mattresses were (in our opinion) not comfortable. We loved everything. No complaints or suggestions. almost nothing to do in the close range. Not a supermarket and only 2 restaurants. This is force you to rent a scooter/quad/car. However the hotel manager is very helpful and the rent people come to the hotel. also i like to say that this fact is written in their page so it was not a supprize. but there is no public transportation and taxi are more expensive then rent a small car... The pillows were a bit hard (but this is general in Greece). Breakfast was included in the room price but we asked for Greek cofffee and were charged an extra 2€ for it. far away from the town of mykonos (chora). The only problem with the location is the lack of evening restaurants to choose from. You either need a car or be happy to eat in the same place. Getting a handle on local restaurants and taverns which re mostly closed in May. The water of the pool was a bit too cold and did not warm up during the day.
